Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using Odysseia (the "Bot" or "Service"). By adding Odysseia to your Discord server or using it's Services, Functions, Abilities, or any other use, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this bot and the agreement that operates between you and Odysseia. These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the bot.
Your access to and use of the bot is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the bot.
By accessing or using the bot you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service then you may not access the bot and it's features.
You represent that you are at or above the age of 13. The bot and it's team does not permit those under 13 to use the bot. This is also due to the fact that Discord TOS states that the platform is exclusively available to those at or above the age of 13. This means that anyone under the age of 13 years old is prohibited from the use of this bot.
Your access to and use of the bot is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the bot. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the bot or it's features and/or services and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our bot and/or it's services/features.
By continuing to access, use, or represent the bot in any capacity you also agree to any rules, conditions, terms of services, privacy policies, internal policies, external policies, laws, and relevant procedures at any time whether in the direct or indirect use of the bot or it's features, services, or abilities.
The below definitions define the use of the bot and it's terms of service. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. They should also have the same meaning whether the capitalization, grammar, or spelling is directly the same or not.
Services - This refers to any services, usage, application, abilities, features, direct output/input, indirect output/input, any form of communication with the bot and it's team, or any other forms of communication in regarding to "Odysseia".
Odysseia - The "Discord Bot" and it's relevant "Services", that is governed by the name "Odysseia" which is owned by "Scarlet"
Scarlet - The owner, developer, and founder of "Odysseia" and it's "Services". Discord Username: xgg69420x, Discord User ID: 1302806745294307452, & Preferred Name: Scarlet
The services & features of Odysseia are governed as well by the TOS and Policies of the platform that it is primarily on (Discord). As a result that means that by accessing and using the bot you accept and will comply with the Discord Terms of Service. In addition you represent that you follow all platform rules, procedures, and protocols and as listed below you follow the policies listed as interpreted by Discord and their authorized team.
Odysseia is governed by Discord Terms of Service, Discord Privacy Policy, Discord Community Guidelines, Discord Copyright Policies, Discord Developers Terms of Service, and any other relevant Discord Policies, Rules, & Procedures. You can view each of these below.

You are prohibited from using Odysseia for:
Illegal use/activities, scams, harassment, hate speech, inciting drama, or negative non-constructive communication.
Any activity or other form of communication that violates any of Discord's policies, procedures, or rules, including but not limited to; Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, & Community Guidelines.
Spam, abuse, or excessive use that may harm the service, users, platform, or other objects whether tangible or not.
Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the bot.
Any commercial use without explicit permission from the creator, head developer, and owner, Scarlet.
Any attempt to abuse the bot and/or it's features for personal benefit.
Any attempt to abuse the bot and/or it's features for monetary benefit.
Any attempt to abuse the bot and/or it's features for emotional/psychological benefit.
Trick, defraud, or mislead any Odysseia staff member, any other user, or any person.
Any attempt to gain access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Any attempt to gain access to private information including, but not limited to; User Tokens, PII, Passwords, Logins, Emails, or any other such similar private information.
We reserve the right to add to this "Prohibited Use" clause at any time either with or without former, prior, or explicit notice.
We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Although we have this right, we are not obligated to nor are we obligated to protect you from your own actions that put yourself at risk.
You are responsible for your online safety and are responsible for making sure you keep your information, privacy, and rights to yourself and to make sure you stay safe. If a user violates our rules we will monitor and attempt to take action to remove or moderate any actions or content as we see fit and as we are able. But we may not be able to monitor all actions and content and therefore it is ultimately up to you, the user, to monitor your own safety and privacy.
